TGIF! It’s the last day of September and that means European vacay is now only one month away :)! Can’t wait to celebrate my birthday this year with the hubby in Venice!!! I’m also pretty excited to meet up with my German friend from college in Lucerne, Switzerland and a couple friends in Munich and Paris. Now I just need to figure out what to pack for the two-week trip as I’ve been known to overpacking (mostly dresses and shoes!) for every single trip we go on :D!!!

Course map for Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon Virginia Beach this weekend. It will be my third half marathon this year and yet I’m still super nervous about running it. Ahhhh…my adrenaline is already kicking in (three days early) :-P!!! It’ll be fun though having the hubby and some of my friends running with me for the first time.

Definitely something I won’t try :)!!!

Super excited that I finally found my first triathlon wetsuit...

Super excited that I finally found my first triathlon wetsuit ever!!! Hopefully, this “floating device” (or so I call it!) will get me through half a mile in open water while saving my two tiny legs for the remaining 12-mile bike and 3-mile run. Oh lordy…the triathlon is only 3 weeks away and not to mention the Rock ‘n Roll half marathon going on a week before that. Let’s just pray I’ll survive through 13.1 mile run in the heat first for now and we’ll worry about the sinking part in the triathlon later :D!!! Either case I’m going to need a good long break afterwards (like being a couch potato for two weeks straight) :D!
